Q: How can I order from the site?

Our site is always open!

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q: What couriers do you ship with?

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS and international orders are shipped via DHL.

Q: How should I wash my items?

All of our clothing is preshrunk. We recommend washing your items alone for the first few washes and with like-colors after that. 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

 If you don't love your item, you can return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

- USA Returns: Please visit our return center our return center.

- International Returns: to process an international return, please email eargrass@gmail.com with your order number or full name in the subject line.

-Items must not be worn, washed or damaged.

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q. Can I combine orders?

All orders must be placed together. Due to high volume, we cannot combine multiple orders. Please place all orders together at once.

Q: Can I modify an order once I've placed it?

Due to our volume, we can't promise that we will be able to modify your order. Please email eargrass@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard domestic shipments typically take 7-10 business days to arrive. For international orders, 10-14 business days.
